Frequently Asked Questions

Is this in person?

No, all sessions are delivered remotely. You’ll get one-on-one, personalized solutions tailored to your needs — accessible from wherever you are.

What makes this different from traditional treatments?

Instead of focusing only on injury rehab, we combine treatment, performance training, and long-term solutions that help you move better, stay stronger, and prevent future setbacks.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No referral is needed. You can get started directly with a customized program built around your goals.

What injuries or conditions do you specialize in?

We focus on knees, hips, and ankles — including ACL and meniscus recovery, hip mobility issues, ankle sprains, and performance-related lower body concerns.

Can this help me even if I’m not injured?

Yes. Many people come here to optimize performance, improve mobility, and build resilience to avoid injuries before they happen.

How does remote recovery actually work?

You’ll meet virtually one-on-one, where we assess your movement, identify issues, and build a personalized plan. Ongoing sessions keep you accountable and progressing.

What equipment do I need at home?

Most programs can be done with little to no equipment. If you have bands, dumbbells, or a mat, that’s a plus, but we can work with whatever you have available.

Is remote care as effective as in-person?

Yes — with the right guidance, coaching, and accountability, remote care is proven to be just as effective, while being more convenient and consistent.

What if I already see a trainer or coach?

We can work alongside your current trainer to integrate solutions into your workouts, ensuring your recovery and performance goals stay on track.

Do you only work with athletes?

No. While we help athletes return to peak performance, we also work with everyday individuals who want to move better, recover stronger, and live pain-free.
